When shipping, please ensure that the device is well wrapped and is received in whole, to avoid being charged for the device. 

Please be sure to ship the return within six days of your cancellation to avoid being charged for the device.

If you were outside of your seven day, trial, and you have purchased the device, the device is yours to keep. If you believe that, your device is in excellent condition, rather than throw it away, you can take advantage of ispMint's buyback program where we will buy your device back from you for $25, refurbish it, and sell it at a lower price to a needy customer.
